Simon started his career with the Royal Air Force, before moving to British Airways where he enjoyed 11 successful years, becoming one of the company’s youngest Cabin Service Directors. Outside of work, Simon loves spending time with his family and is a lifelong ‘suffering’ Grimsby Town fan. He enjoys travelling abroad, experiencing new cultures and sampling the very best food & wine the world has to offer.
After 20 years in recruitment, Daniel’s knowledge of hospitality and retail resourcing is without comparison. He has personally headed two businesses, both of which he founded (one in retail, the other in hospitality), and has recently branched out into private equity.
Daniel has built large recruitment teams in the past, but now focuses purely on delivery, using his vast and experienced network. People respect Daniel’s honesty and adherence to the promises he makes. Most of his professional relationships go back over 20 years or more.
Based in the Peak District, Daniel is husband to one, Dad to two, step-Dad to two more and pet-Dad to a cat and a dog. When he has time, Daniel likes to watch football and cricket, cycle, sample real ale and enjoy fine dining. Unfortunately for him, due to a fluke of birth, he is a Cambridge United fan, shareholder, and ex-sponsor.
He has recently been involved with building teams for numerous private equity backed businesses. Away from recruitment Daniel has investments in a data/telecoms business and a fledgling hospitality company.
Over the past 15 years, Mark has recruited across multiple sectors and re-enforced his reputation as one of the leading recruiters at mid-management to senior leadership level through Retail, Hospitality and Leisure. Mark takes the time to truly understand what’s important to clients and candidates, then deliver a tailored solution with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and service.
Mark started his career within Retail, working his way through the ranks to senior level, which culminated in leading tel co business as an Executive Manager overseeing three Area Managers and a team of 60 Managers across the UK. He carried this experience into recruitment, and has worked in both large corporate and boutique firms.
Mark loves spending time with his wife and two children and is a self-proclaimed sci fi nerd. He enjoys life’s simple pleasures, and has a passion for St. Ives in Cornwall – nothing beats a Cornish pasty and a pint of scrumpy.
