What does the role involve?
- As the Area Manager in Pubs, you will need to build and manage the relationships with your publicans and work alongside them to support and develop their businesses.
- The Area Manager needs to be Innovative and visionary with the ability to really develop an offer or concept that is cutting edge.
- The Area Manager will act as a business consultant providing support and commercial guidance to the publicans to maximise the service, standards & profit of the business.
- The Area Manager will have strong business acumen, be consultative in their approach and be able to build strong effective working relationships with their publicans. The role is to look at every part of their business ensuring they are set up for success.
- We are looking for someone with lots of passion, energy and drive; a real self starter whom can engage and inspire others to create and build fantastic businesses, deliver excellent customer service and make tough commercial decisions when needed.
- As the Area Manager you will have strong commercial and financial acumen, with great IP Skills

What qualities will you need to be successful?
- As the Area Manager you will have a proven background of driving success on a large scale at a multi-site level.

- You will possess excellent communication and commercial skills, displaying a proven track record in implementing growth plans and delivering investments, maximising profit and ROI
- We are looking for bright and energetic operators who can work at pace, energise all those around them and have multi-site experience. If you have run your own successful business this would also be beneficial
- The Area Manager will be a resilient and tenacious individual who is adaptable to change and will thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to set a vision and get the right people in the right places to deliver on that vision and drive the business continually forwards.
